Macy's has had continue success because of their new approach to develop and expand their Omnichannel. 


Their goal is to service customers needs when ever they choose to shop and fulfill orders no matter where it exists across the company.


They are rapidly increasing digital social media to reach customers and build relationship. 


They have over 5.5 million likes on facebook.


They also launched a blog in 2011.
